Keno is the creative force behind 86 Slate, a production company built on the philosophy of taking away the unnecessary to uncover the essence of every story. Originally from the Philippines and now based in Florida, Keno has transformed his journey of resilience and innovation into a relentless pursuit of meaningful storytelling. Living with hearing loss has shaped his unique perspective, allowing him to craft visually compelling narratives that blend emotional depth with striking visuals, leaving a lasting impact.
From his early success producing music videos to earning national recognition with Powerade’s $10,000 “Power Your School” contest prize in 2018, Keno has continually pushed boundaries in his craft.
At 86 Slate, he applies his belief in precision and purpose across video, photography, and the Hit-N-Record podcast, inspiring others to embrace their strengths and turn challenges into opportunities. Through this work, Keno is committed to creating stories that connect, resonate, and make a lasting difference.
